Return Policy

A Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning product to Integra Miltex. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned directly to the distributor, at our cost with a letter of explanation. Returns can only be granted and authorized by obtaining an RMA number from Integra Miltex customer service at 1-866-854-8300.
Issue of an RMA number should not be interpreted as a final credit to your customer account. Integra Miltex reserves the right to evaluate incoming returns prior to issuing any customer credit.

There is a 15% restocking charge for product returned 60 to 120 days after receipt of shipment. Product must be returned unused and in its original packaging with no additional labels or materials added to the package. NO returns will be accepted beginning 120 days after receipt of shipment. Non-Sterile products, which have been opened, are returned out of the original
packaging or are returned after the expiration date, will not be credited.

Discontinued products, medicament products, private labeled products, custom made products, custom etched products and neutralized products are not returnable.
